Hi All,

New guy checking in.
Been a fan of SG1 for about 2 years now after a friend shared it with us. We immediately got hooked and are up to season 9 now.

I would love to make an SG1 or Jaffa costume. (especially in time for Dragoncon 09) Have some costuming experience with Star Wars.

Really glad great resources like this site exist.
I'll be checking in and lurking frequently.

Stargate costuming is really accessible because of the wide availability of military surplus. So making a costume from SG-1 or Atlantis can be quite easy.

A Jaffa costume would be really great - not too many people have done them!

As Carter said, definitely ask questions.

Hehe, I wish I had a staff weapon to put down.
Those seem a bit harder to come by.
