Farm Abhorrent Hearts fast by targeting Urivar's Hoard first, then mixing in Kurast Undercity runs to stock up and unlock Harbinger of Hatred's best loot.

If you've been spending time in Vessel of Hatred, you already know the annoying part isn't beating the Harbinger. It's getting enough Abhorrent Hearts to make the trip worth it. That's where most players stall out. If you want to speed things up, it helps to treat the whole loop like a resource run, not a boss run. As a reliable place for players who need game items fast, U4GM has built a solid reputation, and some people even turn to U4GM Diablo 4 when they want to smooth out the grind and stay focused on endgame farming instead of waiting on bad luck.

Farm Urivar first

The cleanest heart farm right now is still Urivar's Hoard. You clear Urivar's Lair Boss activity, spend 12 Judicator's Masks, and open the chest. That's the part that matters. The chest is where the hearts come from, and because the route is consistent, it feels way better than chasing random drops across the map. If your build can rip through the Fields of Judgement without slowing down, just keep looping it. You'll notice the difference pretty quickly. Instead of hoping for a lucky break, you're stacking attempts in a controlled way, and that usually wins over time.

Use the Undercity when you need a break

Doing the same run over and over gets old. That's where the Kurast Undercity helps. A Tribute of Titans gives you another solid shot at Abhorrent Hearts, and you'll usually pick up other useful Lair Boss materials at the same time. That part matters more than people think. Even if the heart drops don't spike every single run, you're still moving your account forward. It also helps that Kurast sits close to the Fields of Judgement, so swapping between both spots doesn't feel like a chore. A lot of players waste time forcing one route all night. Mixing these two keeps the grind from dragging.

What not to rely on

Yes, hearts can show up from Helltides and the occasional boss cache. No, that's not a real farming plan. Think of those as extras. Nice when they happen, useless if you're counting on them. If your goal is to open the Harbinger of Hatred's Hoard more than once in a session, random sources won't carry you. You need repeatable loops, and right now Urivar plus the Undercity is the closest thing to that. Once you've built a decent stash, head to Harbinger's Den in Nahantu on Torment difficulty. Kill the boss, then spend 3 Abhorrent Hearts on the chest. Simple enough, but the real trick is knowing when to stop farming and when to cash in.

Batch your openings

The biggest mistake people make is opening the hoard the second they hit 3 hearts. It feels good in the moment, sure, but it's not efficient. You're better off saving enough for 3 or 4 opens before heading in. That cuts down on dead travel time, keeps your rhythm going, and makes the whole session feel far more rewarding. When you batch your runs, loot starts coming in waves instead of drips. If you're trying to finish a build, that pacing matters, and for players who'd rather skip some of the slower setup, Diablo 4 boosting can fit naturally into that grind without breaking the flow of your endgame routine.
