So we're finally doing something about our guest bathroom, nothing huge, just replacing the vanity, swapping the old tile, and maybe a new tub if the budget allows. I've gotten two quotes so far and honestly they were all over the place, which is making me nervous about picking someone. A neighbor mentioned she used the Kitchen and Bath Company of Palo Alto a couple years back for her kitchen and had a decent experience, but I wanted to hear from more people before I commit since this stuff is expensive and I really don't want to deal with a half finished bathroom for months. Did anyone here work with them on a smaller project? Curious how the scheduling went and whether they were good about staying in touch, because the last contractor I hired basically disappeared for two weeks mid job and I'm not doing that again.
